Here’s a really fun shoot I did back in October at Grand Rapids Community College’s Secchia Institute for Culinary Education. Audio-visual and acoustics integration company, Global USS, out of Toronto contacted me to photograph this unique project designed by Progressive AE and ABD Engineering & Design at GRCC’s new Secchia Piazza. The focus of attention was on the multicolored sky-dome fitted with translucent DeAmp sound absorber panels—a fitting addition to the city’s skyline to accompany McKay Tower’s iconic lighted dome.
